i realized the video of a shot pull i posted quite a while back was the wrong one!! (and it is my most viewed vid! D'OH!!) i MEANT to post this one, so, here it is... the Bodum Granos is not exactly a great machine (inadequate temp is the main problem and the damned pressurized filter basket) but, if you try hard enough and have really good beans and really know what you're doing, you can get shots like this... btw, the beans are the Italiano Espresso blend from Red Rock Roasters in Albuquerque, New Mexico, i am very fond of it... this is 17 grams, pulled after a little temperature surfing...
