Hi buddy. I bought a gaggia evolution, about 2 weeks ago. This is my first machine, but I feel frustrated cause I couldn’t make a perfect shot yet. I have just a very thin, light-coloured crema. I didn’t buy a nice tamper yet, neither a grinder. Do you think it could help me getting a nice crema? May it be the problem? I’m still using the plastic tamper which came with the machine.
